Job Description
- As a CRM Implementation Officer at Career Craft Consultants India Pvt Ltd, your role will be crucial in deploying, optimizing, and supporting CRM initiatives. Your expertise in CRM Implementation, User Training, Reporting & Dashboards, Requirements Gathering, Data Migration, Process Improvement, Microsoft Dynamics, and Data Analysis will be key in driving educational engagement and operational success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the CRM platform to align with organizational goals and educational strategies.
- Conduct thorough requirements analysis with stakeholders to translate business needs into CRM functionality.
- Plan and execute user training sessions, develop documentation, and provide ongoing support for effective CRM adoption.
- Facilitate seamless data migration from legacy systems, ensuring data integrity and overcoming migration challenges.
- Collaborate with IT, marketing, and academic teams to integrate CRM processes across various functions.
- Monitor CRM usage and feedback, promptly troubleshoot issues, and drive best practices organization-wide.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance CRM usability, user engagement, and business outcomes.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Demonstrable expertise in CRM Implementation, including configuring, customizing, and deploying CRM platforms.
- Strong background in User Training to design and deliver engaging training modules.

- Experience in Data Migration procedures for secure data transition to CRM environments.
