This will comprise of the following key activities required to perform and the list might be open to add more.

Activities Involved In Internship
Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:

• Identify potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals).
• Screening and short-listing the candidates in accordance with the requirements.
• Headhunting and networking
• Database Updating MIS Management
  

Job Posting And Advertising

• Create compelling job descriptions.
• Post openings on relevant platforms.
  
  

Market Mapping

• Connecting candidates through Databases.
• secure relevant reference.
  

Candidate Relationship Management

• Build rapport with candidates.
• Keep them informed about the recruitment process.
  

Social Media Activity

• Connecting candidates through several social media platforms.
• Engaging with candidates through several group chats.
