Change Management Consultant

What role you will play in team: Support organizations undergoing change initiatives, managing the human element of transformation to ensure smoother transitions and higher employee engagement.

What you will do: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement change management plans, providing training and support to employees.

Key responsibility:

• Assess the impact of change initiatives on employees and the organization.
• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for employees.
• Provide coaching and support to employees during the change process.
  
• Measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in change management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
• Strong understanding of organizational change theories and models.
• Proficiency in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR).
