Job Description

You should have a minimum of 2+ years of overall experience, with at least 1+ years specifically in B2B/SaaS platforms. Your competence in the field is more important than the number of years you have worked.

You will be based in Trivandrum and will be expected to collaborate effectively within a team, contributing positively to team projects. Your responsibilities will include participating in code development to ensure cleanliness, efficiency, and proper documentation. You will work closely with product teams to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions that improve user experience.
Furthermore, you will assist in identifying engineering solutions that enhance system design and functionality, focusing on usability and scalability of end products. You should be able to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and work under the guidance of senior team members.

Your core skills should include 1 to 2 years of experience with NodeJS/NextJS Js/Express.js, preferably within a microservices architecture. You should have a basic understanding of code and database optimization techniques, as well as the ability to think beyond technical tasks to consider the impact of engineering decisions on the overall product and user experience. A strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming, algorithms, and data structures is essential, along with a solid understanding of MySQL and/or MongoDB. You should also demonstrate analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
