As our organization expands and new members join, we recognize the need for a standardized framework to understand, quantify, and validate hypotheses, as well as test shipped features more effectively. Your role will be crucial in setting up and maintaining this framework, ensuring that product data is well-managed and easily consumable for our global organization.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate and connect with technical, business, and product team members, as well as external partners, fostering bottom-up innovation and cross-functional collaboration.

- Work closely with product managers to ask insightful questions of data, probe deeper, and derive meaningful insights with minimal guidance.

- Collaborate with engineering and data platform teams to design, build, and deploy data analysis systems capable of handling large data sets.

- Extract valuable and actionable data for product teams to drive informed decision-making.

Requirements:

- Possess a strong analytical mindset and be comfortable using various tools to uncover insights from data.

- Have 1-3 years of experience as a product analyst in the consumer products industry, demonstrating a track record of driving meaningful outcomes through analytics.

- Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

- Familiarity with dashboarding tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlik for visualizing and presenting data.

- Experience with statistical analysis tools like Python or R, enabling advanced data analysis.
