Tele Caller Associate Premium & Luxury Used Cars

About the Role

We are looking for a Tele caller Associate to engage with customers exploring premium & luxury cars (15L+). This role goes beyond calling its about being a trusted consultant, understanding customer needs, and guiding them towards the right car from our inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls with potential buyers for cars above 15L.


• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles with a consultative approach.


• Share detailed knowledge on car models, pricing, finance, and documentation.


• 
  Schedule showroom visits/test drives and coordinate with sales teams.


• Build strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups.


• Achieve weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets while ensuring a premium customer experience.

Requirements

• 13 years of tele sales/tele caller experience, ideally in automobiles or premium customer handling.


• Strong knowledge/interest in brands like Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar, Volvo, etc.


• Excellent spoken English & Hindi, with persuasive and confident communication.
