This role includes developing, improving and managing B2B products that leverage AI-driven workflows, system integrations, and analytics. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and improve products, platform and processes that support our marketplaces. The products will be mainly aimed at professional users, i.e. B2B product.
This is a hands-on product management role and the candidate will work closely with engineering, business, and UI teams, as well as end users, to create and improve the products in order to attain metric goals. Accordingly we are looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional, with prior experience in B2B product management, a strong analytical mindset and deep experience with AI workflows.
This role is based at our office in Prabhadevi, Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end delivery and lifecycle of B2B products, from writing PRDs and wireframes to managing execution and deployment.
- Design and improve complex workflows and system integrations across internal platforms and third-party tools to support our professional ecosystem.
- Identify and evaluate specific opportunities to apply AI to streamline or automate existing business processes, focusing on functional utility.
- Drive the platform product roadmap and prioritization in close daily collaboration with engineering and UI teams to ensure timely execution.
- Define, track, and analyze product and operational metrics to measure performance and inform hands-on product iterations.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between platform outcomes and business goals.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of overall experience, with 12 years of post-MBA experience in a hands-on Product Management role.
- Strong understanding of the automotive ecosystem (new-car and used-car businesses) is highly preferred. Experience in B2B product is also strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar) for rapid prototyping and idea validation. Similar experience in integrating LLMs into standalone products through MCP / API constructs.
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business needs into simple, executable product requirements.
- Engineering background and an MBA from a reputed/premier institute is preferred.
