Job Description
- Finalization of accounts
- Banking operations
- Loan Sanction as Borrower Lending
- Knowledge of Statutory compliances in GST, TDS, taxation, etc
- Accounts finalization of listed companies under IND-AS guidelines especially NBFC (Loan n Investment cost)
- Direct and Indirect taxation including GST
- Consolidation of accounts
- Banking limits, CMA forms
- Budgeting and MIS
- Team handling of Juniors of 6 to 7
Candidate Requirement
- Required CA/ CA Inter
- First Attempt CA preferable but not compulsory with minimum 5 years experience and upto 10 years exp
- Inter CA drop out with minimum 8 to 10 years experience
- Should have team handling experience
- He/ She will be Reporting to the Managing Director of the company
- Candidate should have prior experience of working in below industries in order of priority:
- Listed NBFC/Stock Broking Company
- Listed BFSI Company other than above
- Unlisted NBFC/Stock Broking Company
- Unlisted BFSI Company other than above
- Candidate should have good command over English
- Candidate should have knowledge of SEBI reporting and RBI guidelines for NBFC
- Candidate should be expert in excel
- Candidates should be preferably near Churchgate,Mumbai (Max till Borivali on western line. Preferably till Andheri)
- Candidate should be able to join in a month preferably. Candidates with a higher notice period can be considered on case to case basis.
