- Coordinate with sales, finance & project teams for customer requirements.
- Manage CRM software: update bookings, payments, agreements & customer details.
- Follow up for payments, document submission and agreement execution.
- Track customer milestones: allocation, registration, handover.
- Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.

- Prepare MIS reports related to bookings, collections, cancellations, and customer communication.
