Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks will include engaging with potential clients, making sales presentations, addressing inquiries, providing product or service training, and reaching sales targets. The role will also involve assisting in the development and management of strategic sales plans and identifying areas for growth and improvement.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Communication, customer interaction, and relationship-building skills
  • Expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with an ability to meet targets and strategize for growth
  • Strong Customer Service skills, with a commitment to understanding and meeting client needs

    Experience in delivering training to clients or internal teams is an advantage
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
