• We are hiring Business Development Manager / Sales and Marketing Executives
• (for Cyber Security Marketing and Sales Activities, Focused on Social Media, Mail & Calls).
• Positions Role and Responsibilities --
• We will need you to do following activities, on daily basis ...
• Primary Activities
• 1. eMail campaign
• 2. Web site optimization
• 3. Social media content management (curation and posting)
• 4. Campaign management (e-Mail, Social Media, Community Sites, etc)
• 4. Customer follow ups on mails and calls (post campaigns)
• 5. Customer web meeting scheduling for pre-sales or pitching conversations
• 6. Customer calling based on interest shown for a given service/product
• Secondary Activities

• Database maintenance
• Portfolio content management
• Basic customer presentation (in some rare cases)

Positions - 5

Experience - 2 to 4 Years and Fresher (for Trainees Position)

Location - Hyderabad or Lucknow

Note -

In case of fresh MBAs. training will be for a duration of three to six months and it will be free. If you do well, we will offer you a permanent position in Castellum, to design exceptional marketing presence and market communication for our services and product portfolio in cyber security. In case of an experienced candidate, a permanent offer will be made immediately.

Skills --

• Good communication skills (speaking and writing)
• A flair for the creative writing (articles, blogs, comm text)
• Basic understanding of social media and its workings
• Some knowledge of productivity tools (PPT, Work, Excel, etc)
• Some basic knowledge of creative tools (Photoshop, image editing, etc)

Note - Great conversational skills are must for this role. It is not a role, only for mailing and posting.

Education --

You should be, one of these

• Graduating (MBA or equivalent) this year or past year
• Already graduated (Any degree) and keen on building a marketing career
• In field sales with couple of years of experience & planning to shift to marketing
