Service Delivery Manager - Cyber Security

Role Description --

We are seeking for a Service Delivery Manager for our cyber security engagement. This role will serve as single point of contact for our customers engagements. This person will be responsible for project planning, customer meetings, customer interactions, project status communication, presenting project status reports and dashboards, interfacing with technical (delivery) teams. Successful delivery of the cyber security engagements will be primary responsibility of this person. This role is not a generic program manager role. This role needs an understanding of cyber security and also understanding of complex projects delivery. This person will be leading the delivery of the projects across areas of cyber security, such as application security, DevSecOps, SOC monitoring, threat intelligence, darkweb and more. This person will be responsible for multiple projects across customers.

Qualifications --

• Strong understanding of IT projects delivery to global customers, across a range of verticals
• Good understanding of all areas of cyber security (VAPT, AppSec, DevSecOps, SOC,TI)
• Technical and good hands on knowledge of at least two of cyber security areas
• Strong communication (oral and written), presentation and influencing skills
• Understanding of the cyber security frameworks for controls (CIS/NIST)
• Understanding of VAPT project models and execution models
• Sufficient understanding of the enterprise IT infrastructure
• Knowledge on cloud infrastructures
• Exposure to enterprise cyber security management
• An ability to deal with escalations and complex situations
• An ability to deal with ambiguity and also navigate complex waters
• Should be able to lead a small team of experienced ICs over a period of time

Experience --

• 7 to 15 years
• Should have managed delivery of cyber security or IT infra projects
• Should have been technical in career before moving to delivery function
• Work in a cyber security services company will be an advantage
• Demonstrable knowledge of all emerging threat landscape and challenges
• Should have travelled to customer locations and managed critical meetings
