Responsibilities:

Strategy & Execution

- Build and execute a 35-year roadmap aligned to market trends, competition, and investor priorities.

- Identify growth levers across products, geographies, and M&A.

- Drive customer-centric portfolio and commercial strategies.

Investor & Stakeholder Management

- Develop data-driven investor materials and support stakeholder engagement.

Market Intelligence

- Track industry trends, regulations, and competitive dynamics.

- Lead market sizing, segmentation, and opportunity mapping.

Performance & Operations

- Drive performance dashboards, reviews, and cross-functional alignment.

- Improve margins, productivity, and scalability readiness.

Transformation Leadership

- Lead key initiatives (digital/ERP, CAPEX, ESG, operational excellence).

- Ensure execution through strong cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:

- MBA from top-tier institutions in Strategy / Operations / Finance

- 10+ years of experience in strategy, investor relations and IPO journey in a pharmaceutical company. Folks at leading Consulting firms having similar sector experience will also be considered

- Proven track record in driving business and product strategies, new market development, and cross-functional execution

- Strong analytical, financial modelling skills

- Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful corporate strategies
