Technical Recruitment Specialist
LOCATION
Fujairah, UAE Middle East
The client will apply for the work visa and provide relocation if not local.
Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist within engineering or construction
• Engineering or Construction background highly preferred
• Strong understanding of technical role requirements
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and develop recruitment strategies
• Experience sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and networks

• Skilled in screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation
• Ability to assess both technical skills and cultural fit
• Experience managing offer negotiations
• Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Ability to manage hiring challenges including talent shortages
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative accuracy
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies
• Source and attract qualified candidates
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and compliance
• Build and nurture talent pipelines

SALARY
AED 5,000 - AED 6,000 depending on experience
