Job Description
- You will be responsible for conducting highly complex analysis on industry key performance indicators (KPIs) to support recommendations to management on the development of internal KPIs. This will involve analyzing internal and external industry KPIs to identify past and current trends, as well as creating trends and variance reports for management. Additionally, you will be required to develop financial models, profitability scenarios, and analyses to support strategic initiatives and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, building, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Analyzing highly complex financial and operational information through Power BI Dashboard to provide accurate, timely, and actionable financial and/or performance improvement recommendations.
- Developing planning and modeling tools for return on investment analysis and strategic planning.
- Creating in-depth financial models, profitability scenarios, and analyses to drive strategic objectives and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
- Supporting management in assessing and improving enterprise processes.
- Managing key metrics and monthly reporting for the enterprise incentive program.
- Acting as a key partner to business units and Corporate groups to provide operational and analytical support.
- Mentoring junior financial analysts on industry best practices.
- Performing other duties as required.
Qualifications Required:
- Hands-on experience in designing, building, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Familiarity with modern AI tools for financial forecasting, anomaly detection, and automation of reporting tasks.
- Experience with tools like Microsoft Copilot for Excel and Power BI and other AI tools for financial modeling support.
- Ability to integrate Power BI with data sources and automate data refreshes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications.
- Understanding and analyzing financial statements.

- Creativity, self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of international business operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field (required).
- Masters Degree (MBA, MCom, or MS in Business Analytics) or relevant postgraduate certification (preferred).
- 3 to 6+ years of related experience.
