Role Summary : We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow the digital presence of Cedar Group brands across websites, social media, email, SEO, digital campaigns, and other online channels. This role requires an individual contributor who can create content, manage digital platforms, execute campaigns, perform basic design tasks, and leverage AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness

Role Description, Competencies, & Qualifications

• Manage and execute marketing activities across websites, social media, email marketing, SEO, digital advertising, and other digital channels.
• Create and publish content including social media posts, blogs, website pages, newsletters, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Design and edit basic creatives, banners, infographics, and campaign assets using Canva, Figma, and similar tools.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, SEO optimization, and content publishing.
• Schedule, monitor, and optimize content across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Track and report on website, SEO, campaign, and social media performance using analytics tools.
• Conduct social listening, community management, and audience engagement activities.
• Support paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Leverage AI tools for content creation, research, campaign execution, design support, and productivity enhancement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, AI developments, and best practices.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; equivalent professional experience is also valued.
• Familiarity with financial services or FinTech sectors is an advantage, along with interest in consulting and research-driven environments.
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, data-informed setting, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
