Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic
Manager – Public Relations to lead our communication and media initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing MOC’s brand reputation, strengthening media relations, and driving impactful communication strategies across traditional and digital platforms.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR and media strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media professionals, journalists, influencers, and healthcare publications.
- Draft press releases, media statements, articles, and other communication materials.
- Plan and execute media events, press conferences, and thought leadership campaigns.
- Manage crisis communication and reputation management initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare periodic reports and insights.
- Support social media, digital campaigns, and content storytelling initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, healthcare policies, and emerging communication platforms.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or media relations (healthcare sector experience preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Strong understanding of the Indian media landscape — both traditional and digital.
- Established network of media contacts across print, broadcast, and online platforms.
- Creative thinking and storytelling ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, PR tools, media monitoring software (e.g., Meltwater, Cision, Google Analytics), and basic design/editing tools.
