Job Description
What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for driving sales growth in a specific region by securing new projects and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
What you will do: You will identify and target potential clients in the construction and interior design industries, presenting Cemech's premium paint solutions.
Key responsibility:
- Develop and implement regional business development strategies.
- Identify and qualify leads through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Negotiate and close deals with new clients.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in sales or business development in the construction or paint industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the construction and interior design industries.
- Strong understanding of the paint market.
