Regional Business Development Executive

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for driving sales growth in a specific region by securing new projects and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

What you will do: You will identify and target potential clients in the construction and interior design industries, presenting Cemech's premium paint solutions.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement regional business development strategies.
• Identify and qualify leads through market research and networking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and contractors.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  
• Negotiate and close deals with new clients.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in sales or business development in the construction or paint industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the construction and interior design industries.
