Note from Manager:

• Basically we have 2 roles.
• 1) Financial Analyst 100% remote is fine but should work in US shift. More of a configurator and functional knowledge candidate.
• 2) Technical Analyst backend guy more of integration candidate day shift (Hybrid role)

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial data into the NetSuite system.

This includes managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and payroll data.

Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial reports within NetSuite to provide insights into the companys financial health.

This includes profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and ad hoc reports as needed.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, using NetSuite to model financial scenarios and predict future financial performance.

Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline financial processes within NetSuite, improving efficiency and reducing the risk of errors.

Compliance and Controls: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining internal controls within the NetSuite system to safeguard financial data.

Integration and Customization: Work with IT and other departments to integrate NetSuite with other business systems and customize the platform to meet specific organizational needs.

Qualifications:

• Education: A bachelors degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field.
• A CPA or CMA certification may be preferred.
• Experience: 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field, with specific experience in using NetSuite or similar ERP systems.

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting, excellent communication and project management abilities, and in-depth knowledge of NetSuites features and functionalities.
