Job Description

At CentraLogic, youll join a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to providing solutions

using appropriate technologies. CentraLogic is a young and dynamic organization specializing in

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, events, and leadership posts.
  • Conduct competitor and trend research to guide content direction.
  • Plan and write captions, hashtags, and CTAs that reflect CentraLogics brand tone.
  • Aligning all content with company priorities and campaign timelines.
  • Collaborate with the design and video teams to develop high-impact creatives, reels, and short videos.
  • Schedule and publish content through Zoho Social, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Ensure brand consistency across visuals, tone, and copy across all platforms.
  • Engage with employees, clients, and industry leaders to strengthen the CentraLogic network.
  • Monitor brand mentions and relevant discussions to identify opportunities for engagement.
  • Promote employee advocacy by encouraging internal teams to share corporate updates.
  • Monitor weekly and monthly analytics, including reach, engagement rate, impressions, and follower growth.
  • Identify top-performing content and replicate success patterns in future calendars.

Candidate Profile

  • 13 years of proven experience managing social media for B2B or technology brands.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and brand building.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset.
  • Familiarity with global posting practices, including time zone-based scheduling.
  • Analytical thinker capable of translating data insights into practical strategy.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work across departments and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of AI, automation, or SaaS-based marketing content is an added advantage.

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 13 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing (preferably B2B or tech industry).
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience behavior, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media tools such as Zoho Social, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and LinkedIn Analytics.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics using GA4, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong eye for design, brand alignment, and visual consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple platforms and meet strict posting timelines. • Experience coordinating with design, content, and marketing teams.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented mindset. • Basic understanding of communication guidelines and responsible handling of brandsensitive content.

Work Environment

• This is a work-from-office position in Hinjewadi, Pune.

• You will be required to work as per the working hours of the respective geographies.

• Regular virtual meetings and collaboration with team members and clients.
