Job Description
- As an Associate at the GBS group, you will be an integral part of the Analysis team, playing a crucial role in month-end activities and financial performance analysis. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting reconciliations and gap analysis for AR, AP, PCB, WIP, and External Revenue modules by explaining variances
- Ensuring integrity of analysis and reports, and compliance of transactions with rules
- Performing various journal entries, such as accruals, during month end
- Extracting large volumes of data for global report production
- Participating in various month-end activities and analyzing operational and financial processes
- Improving or developing reports, dashboards, or performance metrics to meet financial objectives
- Collaborating with the Operation team and Business Units to understand financial requirements
- Contributing to the creation of Business Units Monthly financial performance review
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Accounting Qualification such as CA/CPA/CMA
- Excellent knowledge of advanced Excel

- Strong written and oral skills in English
- Aptitude and interest in IT tools and managing large data volumes
- Analytical, problem-solving skills with good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated autonomy, initiative, and rigor in task execution
In addition, candidates must be flexible with shift timings, including night shifts for 3 days a month as per the schedule provided.
