CG-VAK - Senior Technical Project Manager - B2B SaaS

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Program Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Associate Project Managers to execute multiple projects concurrently for customers.
• Understand business objectives, define project scope, and create project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor and report on all aspects of the project, including project health, progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Identify deviations from the project plan and take timely corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.
• Regularly lead internal and customer-facing meetings to maintain project momentum and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies and develop mitigation plans.
• Manage project governance structures and ensure adherence to project management best practices.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across functions and geographies to execute project activities seamlessly.
• Manage projects involving enterprise customers across multiple countries or regions and coordinate with distributed delivery teams.
• Understand complex technical issues, work with relevant technical teams to develop resolution plans, and track issues through closure.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify gaps in processes and implement best practices to improve project delivery efficiency.
• Document lessons learned and stakeholder feedback and incorporate learnings into future projects.
• Ensure projects deliver measurable business outcomes and meet agreed customer objectives.
