Location : HSR Layout (Silk Board)

The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of accounting processes and financial management. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing accounting functions, overseeing financial operations, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and expense management using Zoho Books and QuickBooks.
Prepare, review, and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and reconciled with bank statements and other financial records.
Manage and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with direct and indirect tax laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
Prepare detailed financial reports, budget forecasts, and variance analysis for senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (CA, CPA, CMA) is preferred.
7+ years of accounting experience, with significant experience in managing accounts
Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax laws.
Strong experience in GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) for financial analysis and reporting.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor and guide junior accountants.
