Location: Head Office (with travel to 10 stores across India)

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead brand growth and footfall generation across 10 offline stores in multiple cities. You will create strategies across social, indoor, and outdoor marketing, ensuring consistency of Chandanas brand identity.

Responsibilities

• • Develop and execute integrated multi-city marketing strategy.
• • Manage marketing budgets and track ROI.
• • Oversee social media, promotions, visual merchandising, and outdoor campaigns.
• • Coordinate festive campaigns and launch events.
• • Lead a marketing team of 1215 members.
• • Work closely with Store Managers for local activations.

Requirements

• • MBA/PG in Marketing.
• • 5+ years of experience (retail/apparel/FMCG).
• • Strong leadership and brand

management skills.

2. Digital Marketing Head x 1

Position: Digital Marketing Head

Location: Head Office

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Head to drive online visibility and customer engagement through social media and paid ads (though sales are offline).

Responsibilities

• • Plan and run campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube.
• • Manage influencer collaborations to drive footfalls.
• • Optimize campaigns for engagement and store visits.
• • Coordinate with content, design, and PR teams.
• • Track metrics like reach, CTR, engagement.

Requirements

• • 5+ years of digital marketing experience.
• • Retail or fashion background preferred.
• • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO basics.
