Artificial Intelligence Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Audit AI/ML models, algorithms, and codebases for accuracy, fairness, transparency, and compliance.
• Review the complete AI lifecycle, including data collection, model development, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Develop and implement AI governance frameworks, policies, and control mechanisms.
• Conduct AI audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments.
• Validate machine learning models for robustness, explainability, and performance.
• Monitor deployed AI solutions and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with AI regulations and governance standards.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams.
• Conduct awareness sessions on AI ethics, governance, and responsible AI practices.

Eligibility

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Science.
• Hands-on expertise in Python, R, SQL

• Knowledge of DPDP Act, GDPR, ISO standards, and emerging AI regulations.

• Relevant AI/ML, Data Analytics, or AI Governance certifications will be an added advantage.
