Responsibilities

• Process Improvement:

• Conduct root cause analysis to identify factors hindering productivity and suggest actionable strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage data insights to streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts.
• Data Modeling and Forecasting:
• Develop predictive and statistical models based on historical data to forecast future trends and patterns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify forecast requirements and ensure accurate data inputs are incorporated.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the accuracy of forecasting models, making adjustments as necessary.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field. (Additional certifications in data analytics or business intelligence are a plus)
• Proven experience (X years) in data analysis, business intelligence, or MIS reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and other data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Familiarity with data modeling, statistical analysis, and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
