Job Summary
- Chargeback Gurus is seeking a highly skilled and independent Client Support Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the technology or financial services sector.
- The ideal candidate will be an integral part of our client support operations, responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions, resolving complex inquiries, and contributing to strategic client management.
- This role requires a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and has a proven track record of improving client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage day-to-day client interactions and efficiently resolve complex inquiries with minimal supervision.
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any initial challenges they may face.
- Develop and deliver insightful quarterly business reviews to clients, highlighting key performance metrics and providing actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within client support operations and collaborate with Client Success Managers to implement these changes.
- Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team performance and capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in client support, customer service, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and significantly improving client satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A self-starter with the ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment
