Team Lead - Operations Internship In Navi Mumbai, Panvel, Kharghar

This role is mainly a Maritime Operations + Coordination role, with some Business Development/Sales responsibilities.

Selected Interns Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Coordinating maritime services such as audits, inspections, VDR, supercargo, training, and other operational assignments.
• Understanding client requirements and assigning the right consultants for each job.
• Coordinating between clients, agents, consultants, and internal teams from start to finish.
• Handling documentation, compliance, visas, travel, and other logistics.
• Tracking assignments and resolving operational problems when they arise.
• Ensuring reports are submitted on time and assignments are properly completed and closed.
• Handling invoicing, reimbursements, approvals, and related administrative work.
• Maintaining databases, operational records, reports, and documentation.
• Following SOPs and helping improve operational processes.
• Supporting business development, client communication, and marketing activities.
• Helping with lead generation, client follow-ups, and sales activities.

Overall, this is much more of an Operations/Project Coordination role in the maritime industry, with a secondary focus on Business Development and Sales. It is not a software/technical role.
