Social Media Strategist

We are looking for aSocial Media Marketing Strategistwho can manage client relationships, create effective online marketing plans aligned with business goals, and execute them in collaboration with internal teams across Content, Design & Analytics. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing client communication to understand business goals and marketing needs
• Create and execute online marketing plans aligned with client objectives, including: Meta advertising, Content marketing (social media, blogs etc.), Social media branding campaigns, Online reputation management
• Develop brand communication strategies based on customer personas
• Coordinate with internal teams (Content, Design & Analytics) for smooth campaign execution
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements based on results

Skills & Experience

• 12 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, or social media
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, online advertising, and content marketing
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and social media ad managers
• Proven experience managing at least three platforms: Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Experience running paid social media campaigns
• Good communication skills (written and verbal English required)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment and handle multiple projects.
