FutureBridge - Consultant

- Managing multiple projects, Ensuring successful project delivery (Within time and allocated resources) and Meeting client expectations.
- This is a client facing role.
- Lead consulting team with complete responsibility on planning and execution of custom engagements along with providing necessary support to the product team and BD team in preparing scope of work.
- Thought leadership: He/she will be required to stay on top of developments happening in Energy and put forward FutureBridge views in various forums.

- BD/Prospect Meetings: He/she will need to participate in BD/ prospect meetings to showcase Future Bridge's coverage and capabilities in the domain, convince the prospect about our ability to address their requirements and create new business opportunities.
Qualifications, experience, and educational requirements:
- 3-5 years of consulting experience with Energy, Utility and Industrial companies in following areas:
- AI initiatives, spearheading the development of AI solutions (Agentic and Conversational) and LLM fine-tuning for customer engagement automation.
- Asset management systems (e., CMMS, predictive maintenance systems using IIOT sensor data) leveraging anomaly detection and forecasting to improve asset reliability and reduce downtime.
- Industrial communication protocols such as MQTT, OPC-UA, and Modbus Implementation of Robots including humanoids in shop floors / oil & gas assets / power plants including renewable energy.
- Digital Transformation of utilities.
- Exposure to implementation of digital/automation solutions (proof-of-concepts, pilots, or integration support).
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, Industrial) or related field
