Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries over calls professionally and on time.
Provide accurate information and support to customers.

Update and maintain customer records regularly.
Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel. Manage and guide the customer support team (team handling is mandatory).
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and query-handling skills.
Mandatory team-handling and people-management experience.
Expertise in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Management preferred).
Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Ability to multitask, Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
