Job Summary

The Jr. Executive – R&D supports research, development, testing, and improvement of products, processes, or technologies. The role involves assisting senior team members in experiments, data collection, documentation, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out optimization studies
• Execution of experiments
• Recording the experimental observation in LNB) Synthesis of impurities
• Separation of compounds by column chromatography
• On job training coordinator for GMP activities like LMS

Qualifications

• Master degree in Science / Engineering / Technology (relevant field)
• 0–2 years of experience in R&D or a related technical role (freshers may apply)
• Basic knowledge of research methodologies and laboratory practices

Skills & Competencies

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic data analysis and documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Hands-on experience with lab equipment or testing tools
• Knowledge of industry standards (ISO, GMP, GLP, etc.)
• Exposure to statistical or analytical software
