Job Summary

The Sr. Executive AR&D supports research, development, testing, and improvement of products, processes, or technologies. The role involves assisting senior team members in experiments, data collection, documentation, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands on experience in handling of HPLC, GC and other analytical instruments like UV, IR, KF titrator, Polarimeter, etc.
• Having good skills on analytical method development of Assay, Related substances and cleaning methods
• Having good exposure on GLP and GMP
• Having skills on the calibration of analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, etc.
• Having good skills on the analytical method development of genotoxic impurities and Nitrosamine impurities
• Having good skill on the communication, documentation and work execution
• Handling LC-MS and GC-MS instruments are preferable

Qualifications

M.Sc. Chemistry / M. Pharm with 4 to 8 years of Experience in API - AR&D)

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic data analysis and documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Hands-on experience with lab equipment or testing tools
• Knowledge of industry standards (ISO, GMP, GLP, etc.)
• Exposure to statistical or analytical software

Working Conditions

• Office/Laboratory-based role
• May require extended hours during trials or project deadlines
