Job Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Assistant Manager - HR Operations to join our team at Choice International Pvt Ltd. As an Assistant Manager - HR Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations within the company. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations.
Qualifications And Skills
- Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in HR operations.
- Sound knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS and other HR software.
- Certification in HR management will be an added advantage.

- Manage and oversee all HR operational activities, including onboarding, employee engagement, and BGV process.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to HR operations, such as Provident Fund, ESIC etc.
- Handle and resolve employee queries and concerns related to HR operations.
- Manage and maintain employee records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for various HR-related activities, such as background checks and vendor management.
- Conduct training and workshops for employees on HR-related topics and best practices.
- Empanelment with consultancies/vendors for recruitment
