Account Executive - SAP(Business One)

• Handle daily accounting entries in SAP Business One
• Manage accounts payable & receivable
• Prepare sales, purchase, and expense vouchers
• Maintain bank, cash & vendor reconciliations
• Generate MIS, financial and management reports
• Handle GST compliance (returns, filings, reconciliation)
• Maintain records for audits and statutory requirements
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data
• Monitor invoices, payments, and outstanding balances
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies

• Hands-on experience with SAP Business One
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel & accounting reports
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
