Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and expanding Haus Luxuriants presence in target markets. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating with design and operations teams to align solutions with client needs, and tracking sales performance against targets. The role also involves negotiating contracts, representing the brand at meetings and industry events, and providing regular reporting and market feedback to leadership. Collaboration across departments and a strong focus on customer experience are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Generate new business opportunities through architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with premium customers and channel partners.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, product presentations, and showroom demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales.
• Coordinate with design, production, and project execution teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and MIS for management review.
• Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle and after-sales support.

Desired Candidate

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in luxury furniture, premium interiors, fine furniture, or related industries.
• Strong network with architects, interior designers, builders, and premium clientele.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-driven with strong business development and closing abilities.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
