Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage agency channel sales performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, brokers, and other partners.
- Oversee agency development initiatives, ensuring effective recruitment, training, and onboarding processes for new agents.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and drive strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns that support agency growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in insurance industry or related field (agency management).
- Strong understanding of Agency Channel sales principles and practices.
