Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager, based in Bhubaneswar.The Area Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a designated area, develop and implement business strategies, and manage a team to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, monitoring team performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance regulations. The role also involves providing training and mentorship to the team to enhance individual and collective performance.
