Role Description

The Bancassurance role is a full-time on-site position based in Coimbatore. The primary responsibilities include managing and growing insurance business through assigned banking channels. This involves building strong relationships with bank staff, identifying customer insurance needs, promoting appropriate insurance products, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks may include client servicing, addressing queries, and providing support to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Relationship Management, and Business Development
• Knowledge of Insurance Products and Financial Services
• Proficiency in Communication and Presentation Skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related fields
• Prior experience in banking or insurance sectors is an advantage
