Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Manager (Health Agency) located in Kochi.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to recruit and license Insurance advisors, drive the team of these advisors to generate business and expand the business.
• Should be adept at multi-tasking (handle sales and
• operations on an on-going basis, if the need arises) Will be responsible for achieving the business targets set for the location.
• To develop adequate market intelligence to acquire business by establishing, positioning the Chola MS brand and growing the brand.
• Excellent inter-personal skills
• Person expected to have high degree of credibility in the local market
• Must be adaptability and functional IT knowledge.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF INSURANCE EXPERIENCE (Mandatory)
• Communication Skill.
