Job Description
What role you will play in team:Efficiently handling and processing motor insurance claims.
What you will do: Assessing damage, verifying claims, and coordinating repairs.
Key responsibility:
- Reviewing motor insurance claims for completeness and accuracy.
- Contacting policyholders and garages to gather information.
- Assessing the extent of vehicle damage.
- Verifying claims against policy terms and conditions.
- Authorising repairs and settlements.
- Managing claim documentation and records.
- Ensuring timely claim processing and payments.
- Identifying and addressing potential fraud.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of motor insurance policies and procedures.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Experience with claims handling systems a plus.
