Job Description

    You will work directly with customers via telephone to describe products and/or services, aiming to persuade potential and current customers to purchase new products and/or services. Your role will involve educating customers on product offerings and services to enhance their "on-line presence", explaining pricing, and addressing customer queries to build value in the customer relationship. You will follow up with customers via telephone after the initial contact, identifying customer issues and offering appropriate solutions such as upselling additional products and services. Your responsibilities will include obtaining customer commitment and facilitating the delivery of products, as well as ongoing product education to enhance customer service during calls. It is essential to maintain accurate daily records in the tracker.
    To excel in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in an international call center environment. Strong customer service and telecalling skills are crucial, along with proficiency in using Web Based Applications and Windows. You must demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive and critical client information responsibly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must, along with problem-solving, decision-making, and email drafting skills with zero grammatical errors. The role may require you to work in day/night shifts on a rotational basis.
    This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for both experienced candidates and freshers.

    Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 1 year of experience in customer service. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
