Job Description
- As a Data Loss Prevention Specialist, you will play a crucial role in training our AI models by providing expertise on DLP topics. This full-time on-site position based in Hyderabad or Chennai, India requires you to have prior experience in Data Analytics and Data Analysis, along with proficiency in Cyber Security and DLP technologies. Your responsibilities will include training Machine Learning models in DLP topics, advocating for AI users by understanding and providing prompts from their perspective, generating metrics for AI responses, evaluating these responses, documenting feedback, and communicating it across stakeholders to drive continuous improvements.
You will need to have relevant certifications in Cyber Security or DLP, experience in training AI models with a focus on prompt engineering, and at least two years of related work experience in Data Loss Prevention or Cybersecurity. It is beneficial if you have experience in providing recommendations for tuning content detection rules to enhance accuracy, along with the ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role. Additionally, experience in implementing DLP solutions and a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field are required qualifications.
