WE ARE HIRING | RPO RECRUITER FMCG (SKIN CARE & BEAUTY)
Location: Delhi / Noida (Hybrid Mode)
Experience: 3+ Years
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or up to 20 Days
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- End-to-end recruitment experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in Skin Care & Beauty.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle pressure in a fast-paced RPO environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Expertise in MIS reporting, recruitment trackers, and data management.
Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
