Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a Junior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with the business needs. You will collaborate closely with senior developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to customize Salesforce applications, develop Apex code, and create Visualforce pages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of custom Salesforce applications and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.
- Develop Salesforce functionality and components.
- Participate in the testing, deployment, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions.
- Configure software components, units, and modules that meet product specifications and development schedules for customers.
- Have a basic understanding of Salesforce architectures and data models.
- Be familiar with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Exhibit effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Show eagerness to learn and adapt to new Salesforce features and best practices.
Qualifications Required:

- Basic knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce administration, including object creation, workflow rules, and security settings.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
