- The MIG BEST (Baseline Engineering & System Test) team at Cisco is on a groundbreaking journey with powerful technologies and Network Automation at the forefront. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work optimally with teams across geographies in 3+ continents, engage in direct customer interfacing, and manage collaborators effectively. Your primary skills should include a deep passion for quality and customer success, a good understanding of Service Provider technologies and architecture, proven work experience with networking protocols and L2 to L7 technologies, hands-on experience with third party traffic generator/emulation tools, software quality assurance experience, automation skills with Python, REST, Jenkins, and strong Linux understanding, exposure to data models and network manageability, as well as strong written and verbal communication and social skills. You should be results-oriented with a high degree of accountability, dedication, and responsibility.
