Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a part of the Citco team, you will be responsible for coordinating the month-end collateral interest process between counter-parties. Your role will involve reviewing vendor platforms, ensuring listed securities settlements via Prime Broker platforms, and assisting in training junior team members. Additionally, you will work on special projects and liaise with internal stakeholders/clients to resolve any open issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate month-end collateral interest process between counter-parties
- Review vendor platforms and PB matching portals for trade recaps
- Ensure listed securities settlements via Prime Broker platforms
- Review, process exceptions, escalate breaks, and confirm trades with clients and counterparties
- Work on special projects as required
- Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve issues
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other quantitative subjects
- Knowledge of various fund types
- Strong Customer Service, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask

- Effective team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Word with a willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to organize tasks, prioritize, and work in a deadline-oriented environment
- Comfortable communicating with clients and counterparties via email and phone
- Experience or exposure to cash settlements role, ISDA Bi-Lateral agreements, and financial instruments would be beneficial
