Job Description
- As an AVP Private Assets Product at our company, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact our Private Assets solutions. Your role will involve developing deep expertise across the full product management lifecycle, requiring a background in product management methodologies, strong analytical capabilities, and exceptional project delivery and coordination skills. Your core objectives will be to support VP Product Managers by assisting with deliverables for new initiatives and coordinating internal strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with VP Product Managers to draft essential content and conduct comprehensive market and internal research analyses.
- Create high-quality presentations and documentation for stakeholder meetings and client-facing product marketing materials.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams globally to execute strategic initiatives and ensure products are delivered against their success measures.
- Prepare and maintain product roadmaps, manage feature backlogs, and support client pilots for new capability rollouts.
- Develop and maintain standard product offering documentation, create product digests for key stakeholders, and produce compelling product marketing materials.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Technology, or related field
- Strong functional knowledge of fund accounting workflows, carry models, capital activity processing, cash management in private markets
- Demonstrated success in delivering product capabilities or process improvements
- Experience in writing business cases and product documentation, with comfort in building ROI frameworks
- Superior English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced presentation skills with expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong project management and coordination capabilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes
- Experience with product development lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
