Senior UI React Developer AVP C12 - Pune

Your responsibilities will include:

• Frontend Development: You will be developing responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and related libraries to provide an exceptional user experience for our risk management application.
• AG-Grid Expertise: Utilize your solid hands-on experience to work on and implement complex functionalities using Ag-grid, preferably with experience in Ag-grid version 31+.
• RXJs: Display your expertise in working with Reactive extension to debug and implement event-driven workflows effectively.
• UI/UX Design Implementation: Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to transform design mockups and wireframes into interactive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Component Development: Create reusable React Components and libraries to streamline development and ensure consistency across different parts of the application.
• State Management: Implement state management techniques like Redux or Recoil to efficiently manage application state and ensure data consistency.
• Integration with Backend Services: Work with backend developers to integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the application by applying rendering optimizations, code splitting, and lazy loading techniques to enhance overall performance and user experience.
• Code Quality and Testing: Write clean, well-documented code following best practices, conduct unit tests, and integration tests to ensure system stability.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in frontend technology, especially within the React ecosystem.

Ideal candidates should possess:

• 8 to 12 years of experience in frontend React development.
• Proficiency in React.js, state management (Redux/Recoil/Mobx/Context API), React Hooks, and functional components.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques such as memoization and useCallback.
• Hands-on experience in C#, with familiarity in WPF and MVVM.
• Familiarity with popular react component libraries like MaterialUI, Ant Design, or Semantic UI.
• Experience with Typescript for static typing and improved code maintainability.
• Solid hands-on experience working with AG Grid and understanding of CSRM/SSRM/Viewport RM/Full RM.
• Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript ES6+.
• Experience with front end tools like Webpack, Babel, Yarn, Npm, etc.
• Experience in integrating RESTful APIs and handling async operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex React-related issues.

Additional skills and experiences that would be beneficial include:

• Experience with C#, desktop, web-services, .Net core, and distributed micro-services-based architectures.
• Experience with UI test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cucumber, etc.
• Knowledge of async programming and functional programming.
• Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases and general SQL experience.
• Experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery and Automated Deployment environment.
• Previous experience in WPF is advantageous.
• Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus.

Education requirements:

- Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
