What youll do

• Design premium creatives: carousels, static posts, stories, reels, reels covers, thumbnails, ad creatives
• Build brand-consistent systems (typography, grids, layouts, visual identity)
• Use AI tools for concepts, backgrounds, product mockups, variations, styles, rapid ideation
• Tools like Freepik AI, Higgsfield, Midjourney/DALLE, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI
• Manage social execution: scheduling, captions/hashtags (AI-assisted), basic community coordination
• Track performance insights (reach, engagement, saves/shares) and improve output based on data
• Collaborate with performance marketers to create A/B-ready ad creatives and iterate based on results

• Have a strong portfolio with social design (carousels + brand systems are a must)

• You can produce multiple creative directions quickly

• You care about performance (not just aesthetics)

• 25 years of experience in graphic design + social media management (agency experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing:
• Social media creatives (especially carousels + brand systems)
• Ad creatives (preferred)
• Consistency across multiple brand identities
• High design standards: typography, spacing, hierarchy, composition.
• Strong understanding of what performs on social (hooks, clarity, scroll-stopping design).
• Ability to manage timelines, feedback cycles, and deliver consistently.

• Motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects / Premiere / CapCut).
• Experience handling multiple client brands simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of paid creative best practices (CTR-focused design, offer framing).
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn personal branding and B2B formats.
